PROPERTY INSPECTIONS WITH FULL REPORT

For your added peace of mind, once we are managing your property we will conduct regular inspections. Inspections give us the opportunity to check that the Tenancy Agreement is being adhered to but it also gives the tenants an opportunity to make us aware of any issues that they may have.

Following each visit we put a professional report together and insert photos where possible to give our Landlords a clear view of their property.

If we notice anything that needs to be reported you will be made aware and we will follow this up accordingly. Furthermore if we notice anything structural we will discuss this with our sister company Butfield Chartered Surveyors who will provide advice and assistance where required.

QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER WITH LEGAL UPDATES

The Lettings Industry is ever changing. Here at Butfield Lettings we have our finger on the pulse and will keep you updated. We will give you plenty of notice of any changes coming into play that you need to know about.

Our quarterly newsletters are also an opportunity for us to let you know what we have been up to as a company and we also provide updates and reminders to tenants regarding their tenancy obligations - for example in the winter edition we will politely remind tenants how to deal with condensation and how to avoid freezing/burst pipes.
